Refund & Return Policy

At Rentronics, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund guidelines:

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Non-Returnable Items:
    Custom-designed, specially ordered, or installed items are not eligible for return unless proven defective.

  • Faulty or Damaged Items:
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds:
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

  • Return Shipping:
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
